The Yande Gadgets project was developed as a bespoke business management solution aimed at automating the client’s manual business processes. The application focused on streamlining key areas such as inventory management, shipment tracking, and sales reporting for a second-hand electronics business based in Ghana. The project involved comprehensive research and analysis, including SWOT and PEST evaluations, to identify the root problems affecting business efficiency.

Development was conducted using the Laravel framework for backend functionalities and React for the front-end interface, applying agile methodology to ensure flexibility and iterative improvements. Each development iteration added specific functionalities such as product management, supplier management, and financial reporting. The project took approximately 10 iterations, covering tasks like login and role management, product management, shipment handling, and financial tracking.

Feedback from the client highlighted the effectiveness of the solution in reducing manual errors, improving data visibility, and supporting better decision-making through detailed reporting and automation. The project was completed within the set timeline, with ongoing testing and adjustments based on user feedback. The final product successfully addressed all client requirements and provided a scalable solution that significantly enhanced business operations.
